Warranty

      Broken bracelet? Lost charm? Fraying string? Don't worry! Quality is extremely important to us and we strive to make every bracelet last a lifetime but we understand things happen, and we are here to help! All Beading Heart bracelets come with a one year limited warranty. Our warranty covers snapped bracelets, broken charms and  fraying string.  Limit one replacement per bracelet. Exclusions may apply to custom bracelets and special order items.  Our warranty is subject to change at any time.

Bead disclaimer

     Just as every crystal is unique, so is every bead.  Each bracelet is made to order, making it impossible to mail the exact bracelet in the photo. This may sound scary, but it's actually great! It means that you are free to tell us how you'd like the stones! For instance, 'darker shades Tiger's Eye', 'more blue Amazonite' or 'mostly pink shades of jasper'.  We want the bracelet you receive to be even better than the photo so tell us how YOU want it!!

     Due to image quality & resolution on the device you are reading this on, the image may appear slightly different than the actual product. We do our best to ensure that the lighting and quality truly represents our products. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us so we can make it right! 

 

Pattern disclaimer

     When ordering bracelets with specific patterns and designs, please  be aware that the pattern is subject to change at any time based on the requested bracelet length.  We do our best to ensure we can offer consistent bracelet lengths for patterned bracelets, but sometimes we need to switch around a bead or two. If the bracelet doesn't measure up to the size you need and major changes are needed, we will contact you. If you are unsatisfied with the necessary changes, we will issue a refund before the bracelet is mailed.
