What should I do?

     Every one of our designs can be customized to fit your unique needs.  If there is something you want, but don't see, please feel free to personalize a bracelet you do see or contact us to create a totally original design! The Beading Heart Boutique strives to give our customers the ability to create exactly what they were looking for!

Do you ship worldwide?

     Of course!  The Beading Heart Boutique ships bracelets around the world!

 

  How long does it take to process my order?

     Our process begins the moment we receive your order! Bracelets that are in stock are created and shipped within 24 hours! Rarer pieces and back-ordered items may take a bit longer, but you will be notified if there will be any major delay. For custom bracelets and wholesale orders, processing time varies.

How do I find my size?

     To measure your wrist, use a flexible tape measure (if you don't have a tape measure, take a string, cut it to length then measure the string with a ruler) to determine wrist size.  Then decide the type of fit you want and follow the chart below to find which size will be most comfortable for you!

 

For a snug fit, add 1/4" to 1/2"           For a comfort fit, add 3/4" to 1"              For a loose fit, add 1-1/4"

     If you're interested in children's bracelets please contact us! Almost every bracelet can be made into a child's size, either measure your child's wrist and follow the chart above or you can give us the child's age/weight and we'll do the math for you!  Just be sure to let us know using the 'Custom Requests' box.  SPOILER ALERT!! We are working on a children's line!

What if my bracelet breaks?

     Don't worry!  We understand things happen! All bracelets are covered under our one year warranty.  If it breaks, contact us at                                                                                    and we will get you a replacement ASAP!

How big are the beads you use?

     All of the bracelets you see in the shop are made with either 6mm or 8mm natural gemstone beads. But that doesn't mean your options end there! We can order almost any other size bead!

Why do some beads look different from others? Will I receive the bracelet I see in the photo?

     Just as every crystal is different, so is every bead!  Each bracelet is made especially for you and completely unique! This means that you are free to tell us how you want your bracelet to look and we will do our best to make it happen! For instance, 'darker shades Tiger's Eye', 'more blue Amazonite' or 'green shades of Fluorite'.  We want the bracelet you receive to be even better than the photo so tell us how YOU want it!!
